At Native Blends, we take care to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your blends.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and depend on the shipping method selected.

Typical UK delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.

Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping, which will be clearly stated on our website.

5. Delays & Courier Responsibility

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery is handled by a third-party courier.

While we work with trusted delivery partners, Native Blends is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions.

  • Severe weather conditions.

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout.

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the Products.

6. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

7. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

We may:

  • Confirm tracking details.

  • Contact the courier on your behalf.

  • Investigate the shipment.

Claims for lost parcels must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide a description of the issue.

  3. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered delivered when:

  • The courier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check:

  • With other members of your household

  • In safe places around your property

  • With neighbours

If the parcel is still missing, contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.
