1. What makes Native Blends different?
Native Blends is inspired by traditional plant wisdom from cultures around the world. We carefully craft our blends using thoughtfully sourced natural ingredients, combining heritage knowledge with modern understanding to support everyday well being.
2. Are your products natural?
Yes. Our blends are made using natural ingredients selected with care and integrity. We prioritise quality sourcing and aim to create products that feel gentle, pure, and supportive of daily balance.
3. Are Native Blends products medicinal?
No. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are designed to support general wellbeing. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or under medical supervision, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.
Orders & Payments
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as other secure payment options available through Shopify at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nativeblends.com.
We can only make changes before your order has been dispatched.
6. What currency are your prices in?
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT.
7. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email will be sent when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.
Shipping & Returns
8. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
9. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Opened or partially used consumable products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless they are faulty or damaged.
10. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
