At Native Blends, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our refund guidelines below.
We accept returns and issue refunds on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:
● Unopened
● Unused
● In its original packaging
● In the same condition you received it
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or partially used consumable products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request:
● A description of the issue
● Photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once verified, we will offer:
● A replacement, or
● A full refund (including shipping costs)
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
● Opened or used consumable products
● Sale or clearance items
● Gift cards
● Custom or limited-batch orders

● Reason for the return
● Photos (if applicable)
We will provide instructions for returning your item. Please do not return products without contacting us first.
● Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
● We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
If you need to exchange an eligible item, we will process it once the returned product is received and approved.
